As executive editor of the book, I planned and managed all stages of its development — from creative concept definition, through resource allocation, content briefs & commissioning, multiple parallel photo productions, post-production, to final release. My role was to align the work of writers, editors, art directors, photographers, while staying true to the Design Hotels brand and tastefully highlighting their member hotels.
